About the Job
Speech Pathology for Schools is seeking Speech Pathology Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. Your job will be to lead a team of professional speech pathologists accountable for the delivery of a full range of business outcomes managing speech pathology services to mainstream primary or secondary schools in Melbourne.
You will be responsible for managing successful relationships with several partner schools.
You will lead a team of speech pathologists by providing day-to-day management, goal setting, regular one-on-one team meetings, performance appraisals, coaching and talent planning.
You will provide leadership for literacy and oral language success within SPS and across schools working with SPS leaders, school leaders, teachers, support officers, parents and students.
Youe will be accountable for business outcomes across talent planning, finanical management, client success and strategy development & implementation.
You will be provided with professional development and coaching to grow your leadership skills.
You will be entitled to six weeks paid annual leave.

You have at least 5 years’ experience working in a speech pathology or educational environment, or equivalent.
You hold a valid Working with Children check.
